In today's world, the issue of training personnel for the Russian Orthodox Church is becoming increasingly important, as modern society places high demands on graduates of spiritual educational institutions, where spirituality, social activity, and creativity hold significant value. The process of improving the education of future clergy within the context of modern religious instruction is quite complex and influenced by many factors. One such factor is the appropriateness of the motivational sphere of educational activities for future clergy in relation to the goals and objectives of the education system in spiritual schools.
