This effort has resulted in a book about moderation and a comprehensive collection of tools. The structure of the first part is based on a flowchart for moderations, including more complex issues. The second part is dedicated to soft skills and techniques to keep the process running smoothly. A third part addresses the topic of 'teaching moderation.' In all chapters, you will find an introductory discussion on the subject, a brief presentation of the tools, and then detailed descriptions of the methods. Most tools have been adapted, simplified, altered, or redesigned to ensure they can be easily implemented in practical applications.
