The textbook "Modeling Two-Phase Zones in Directional Crystallization Processes" offers a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of directional crystallization in a two-phase zone. It discusses the conditions that lead to the formation of this zone and examines the crystallization processes in both the initial and auto-model phases. By applying a developed approximation method for analyzing problems with moving boundaries, a deeper understanding of the morphological instability of the flat front process is achieved. The research results allow for the assessment of the stability of nonlinear models and the formulation of dependencies between the concentration of impurities and the volume fraction of the solid phase within the two-phase zone.
