Mobile Geschäftsprozesse

The work begins with the development of theoretical foundations for mobile business processes and defines various measures for managing a company's value chain in terms of quality, time, and cost. This leads to guidelines for significant improvements of (mobile) processes through their redesign. In this work, the goal of mobile Business Process Reengineering is defined as the design and implementation of a high-quality process. Typical objectives of mobile Business Process Reengineering include creating added value with efficiency and effectiveness impacts, as well as organizational and flexible added values. Through the description of characteristics of high-quality processes, the work further leads to the potentials of mobile Business Process Reengineering. The theoretical part concludes with a proposal for the approach to analyzing and designing mobile business processes. The subsequent practical part focuses on the analysis of the current process of parking management and the modeling of a mobile process using the business process management tool Adonis.
