Volume 1 includes the fields of action 1, 2, 3, and 7: Developing and shaping a professional occupational self-concept, professionally managing relationship and communication processes, initiating and person-centeredly shaping support processes in various life phases and individual life situations and environments, developing institutions and teams, as well as cooperating within social spaces and networks.

The overarching theme of the training is to adopt a professional attitude characterized by expertise, pronounced social competence, and independence. This professional book provides a wealth of examples, prompts for reflection, and in-depth tasks.

All fields of action take into account the important cross-cutting tasks of training: participation, support for inclusive processes, commitment to social diversity and spatial developments, as well as the prevention of exclusion and discrimination processes.
