"With Max Murmel through the preschool year" is a workbook designed to prepare children for school, allowing them to practice and assess the key areas of school readiness. The adorable character Max Murmel guides children through the workbook. The little marmot appears on every page, and children enjoy discovering Max Murmel and his behaviors throughout the pages. The 68 worksheets are largely self-explanatory. After a brief introduction, the child can work on the page independently. Pictograms at the top right corner of each page indicate the activities to be performed. The learning objectives and the respective working methods are briefly and concisely described at the end of each page for quick reference.
