Blurb
Leila Lindholm is one of the most well-known and beloved television chefs in Sweden. Fresh and cheerful, she presents her 200 best baking recipes in this book, showcased in atmospheric images: from cakes, cookies, and muffins to tarts and pies, as well as bread and crispbread. Alongside classics from Swedish and international cuisine that she creatively varies, there are also her own new creations such as Kladdkaks muffins or peanut butter cupcakes. Last but not least, recipes for sweet and savory breads are also included: Delicacies like brioche, baguette, English scones, juicy lingonberry bread, and homemade rosemary grissini are lovingly presented in a very personal way.
