Missbrauchsbetroffenen in Kirche und Gemeinde sensibel begegnen

More and more survivors of sexualized violence are finding the courage to no longer remain silent and are searching for words for the unspeakable. But how does one handle the situation when the silence is broken? Due to uncertainty and fear of contact, survivors often experience exclusion. One in seven Germans has experienced sexualized violence in some context, meaning that many survivors are present in our church communities. This book aims to help everyone who is involved or engaged in the church in any way to overcome their fears of contact and to create a space where survivors feel welcome.
