MiFID II: Marktzugang, Umsetzung, Handlungsoptionen

This paper presents the fundamentals of MiFID II with regard to market access for financial intermediaries from EEA states and from third countries. In doing so, the author explains the different approaches to legal implementation and concisely analyzes the strategic options for action for financial intermediaries.
