With the 8th edition of "Tomandl/Schrammel", Christoph Kietaibl and Michaela Windisch-Graetz have presented a new edition of the classic textbook founded by Theodor Tomandl and have fundamentally revised the proven work. The 12th edition takes into account changes in the law since the last edition as well as new case law and literature. Christoph Kietaibl has edited the first volume, which deals with the basics of labour law as well as the shapers and means of shaping labour law. Michaela Windisch-Graetz edited the second volume, which deals with factual problems in the establishment, execution and termination of employment relationships. The 12th edition of the "Tomandl/Schrammel" is not only aimed at law students, but also at labour law practitioners, in particular lawyers and judges, interest groups and personnel administrators.
