Mobility Guide

This mobility guide focuses on maintaining functionality, mobility, and physical health. The reader is provided with materials to sustain their mobility and health through an active lifestyle and a daily 15-minute workout. In the first step, the reader learns about their movement capabilities and weaknesses through nine mobility tests. These screenings are designed to clearly identify mobility deficits, asymmetries, and imbalances. Following this, targeted training is conducted based on a five-zone model to eliminate existing mobility deficits. For all five zones (I Head/Neck, II Shoulder/Arm/Hand, III Spine, IV Hip Joint/Glutes, V Leg/Ankle/Toes), there is an overview of common issues and general benefits expected from mobilizing that zone. A variety of exercises serve as tools for successful daily training, aimed at improving personal movement, sustainably reducing identified restrictions, and maximizing body awareness and well-being. Seventy-six videos, accessible via QR codes, provide visual aids and further support the reader in performing the screenings and exercises.
