Methodische Vorbereitungsstrategie für klinische Lehrer

The current changes at universities require training that enables teachers to improve their methodological preparation. Investigations were conducted on the regulations of the teaching process, the results of teaching assessments in three courses, and a sample of 20 practical exams to identify the key points. Additionally, a survey was carried out among students to determine their criteria for the quality of teaching, and an overview of the theoretical trends in methodological preparation was created. The strategy consists of: 1) a methodological guide for workplace training; 2) a diploma course for teaching clinical propaedeutics; and 3) the development and application of guidelines for observing practical exams. The results were positively evaluated in a methodological workshop. The book is aimed at medical educators responsible for clinical teaching and includes the application of didactic principles necessary for its optimization.
