Blurb
Everyone has experienced them: conflict situations, hurtful comments, relationship crises, exhaustion, fears... – in themselves or in others. This book combines selected self-help techniques with proven tapping acupressure. The synergy enhances the effect: multiple senses and levels of experience are addressed simultaneously, intensifying the healing effects and making them more profound and effective more quickly. Each mental field technique includes a generally understandable introduction to its mechanism and a concise practical guide. Psychologically interested individuals who want to help themselves or others will find easily applicable and immediately usable techniques here. Therapists and counselors, naturopaths, and doctors can offer the compact overview to their clients as supportive help for home use. The mental field is a kind of psychophysiological information storage; it encompasses our thoughts, memories, sensory impressions, and our memory. All information, all experiences, all thoughts, everything we have ever encountered is contained within this field.
