Dr. Kai Engbert is a licensed psychologist, approved psychotherapist, and trained sports psychologist. After his own competitive career in canoe slalom and earning a doctorate at the Max Planck Institute for Cognitive and Neurosciences, he has been supporting athletes and coaches from various Olympic and Paralympic top associations since 2005. He has been involved in five Olympic Games as well as numerous World Championships and World Cups, where he was able to develop and implement sports psychological support concepts and a crisis intervention guide for the DOSB. Currently, he helps individuals in sports and businesses to optimize their performance while maintaining their health.

Dr. Tom Kossak is a licensed psychologist, systemic therapist, hypnotherapist, and trained sports psychologist. He completed his doctorate on the topic of "Self-Access Under Pressure and Stress" at the Technical University of Munich in 2016. Since 2011, he has been working as a sports psychologist, preparing athletes and teams for major sporting events such as World Championships and the Olympic Games. At the FC Augsburg youth performance center, he established a sports psychological support concept and developed the prevention program "DSV Mental Stark!" in collaboration with the German Ski Association. Additionally, he works with musicians and executives in the areas of stress management and self-leadership and developed a mental training program for doctors in surgical medicine.
