Menschenrecht Wasser?

Without water, there would be no life on Earth. But is there also a human right to water? This volume provides an affirmative answer from the perspective of political philosophy and international law. However, the content and practical significance of this right are problematic. Scholars and practitioners, particularly from development cooperation and human rights work, express their views on this issue.
