Luckily, you don't have to be a top chef or a competitive athlete to join in. What Alex shows in his lifestyle program also succeeds amateur cooks and couch potatoes who like to eat, but finally want to get going so that the figure goes along with what tastes good. "I want to take my readers by the hand and prove to them that anyone can be fit without giving up anything," says Alex Kumptner. "No one has to spend a long time in the kitchen to do this, nor do they have to exercise every day." In his second cookbook, the chef clears up nutrition myths. He simply rejects complicated diets. Instead, a few small hacks from the kitchen and recreational sports as well as the right timing are enough to get slim and fit. Accordingly, his book offers uncomplicated every-day recipes and an easy training plan that anyone can follow.
