Mein Sommer mit Anja

A hot summer in the eighties. Konrad spends the big vacations together with his mentally slightly retarded friend Holger in the open-air swimming pool. Here they meet Anja, who is completely different from other girls. She has run away from home and is sleeping in a hiding place in the park. Konrad brings her food, helps her, and together they go on excursions. When Konrad realizes how stubborn and dangerous Anja really is, he has long since fallen in love with her. But why has Anja left her family? She reveals her story bit by bit. But no one is allowed to know about her, Konrad has to lie more and more, hardly cares about Holger anymore. And he has to ask himself where he actually belongs.
