Mein neues Leben

Muslim women and men from the Arab world have claimed the freedom of their own conscience, some in their homeland and some in Germany. In this book, they share their journey to Christ, who meets them in very individual ways. For all of them, the message of peace and love is central. Each of the biographical texts also highlights an aspect of the original Islamic life of the narrators. These converts now live in Germany, have been baptized within the Protestant Church of Württemberg, and are part of the Arab Evangelical Community in Stuttgart. They invite the reader into their personal stories and initiate a dialogue: they pose questions, wish to inspire them with the actions of Jesus in their own lives, and encourage them to meet seeking refugees with an open heart and to bear witness to Christ themselves. In doing so, they help our communities develop a new awareness and enrich them.
