I Can Write Correctly - Book 1 - My Magnifying Writing Notebook

The new star notebook introduces children to the precise listening of words and correct spelling. The special box writing style provides children with exact information about the number of syllables and letters in a word, double letters, and spelling peculiarities. The pages in this notebook build on each other. Typically, only one new letter is added, allowing children to write only words that can be formed with the letters from the previous and current pages.

The special box writing style gives children precise information about:

• how many syllables the word has,
• how many letters the word has,
• where the syllable kings are in the word, as these are harder to perceive auditorily,
• where spelling peculiarities are hidden,
• where double letters occur,
• which words require attention to final obstruent devoicing, and
• whether a word is capitalized or not.
