"My Children's Church Book" is a participatory book inviting discovery for all 4 year olds: At the transition from toddler to children's worshipper, the church congregation invites the children and their families to a family service with a personally addressed letter. During the service the children are called by name and receive this book as a gift. With it, young children and their parents can accompany Lina and Thies as they discover the church, the people and the stories in it, they can draw and do handicrafts, sing and play. A book full of (Bible) stories, songs, prayers and ideas for the first steps in the world of faith. The book is part of a pilot project of the Protestant Church of Hesse-Nassau.
