In this calculation operation, it involves mentally breaking down a quantity into equal-sized subsets or deriving the results from the inverse of multiplication: 49:7=7, since 7•7=49. But what about division problems with a remainder? To ensure that division with and without a remainder is as intuitive as the small multiplication table, the key is also to practice, practice, practice.
