Mops and Kätt explore the colorful underwater world of the North Sea and dive in a shipwreck for secret treasures. But clouds soon gather, and when the friends are back in the safe lighthouse, an emergency call reaches them: Captain Ahab, the old ship's gull, reports of tourists who have lost their way in the mudflats, even though the tide is threatening.
