Practice at different levels. After working in the learning environments, practice is done in the workbooks. Two workbooks are available for differentiation: "Basic Requirements" and "Advanced Requirements." The practice offerings have been expanded compared to the previous edition. Nevertheless, the workbooks are presented in a more streamlined manner, as further tasks are offered online.

Assessment and Support. At the end of a learning environment, learners can determine which requirements they have met in the workbook using the solution expectations. There is a distinction between basic requirements ("I can") and additional requirements ("Additionally, I can"). If certain expectations have not yet been met, the workbook refers to the online offering with simple additional tasks on the same material. Learners who have already met advanced requirements receive references to tasks that challenge them. This offering strengthens the students' sense of self-responsibility. The workbook includes a separate solution booklet, guidance on maintaining a notebook, and supporting materials.

The personal notebook. In the workbook and online area, students find instructions and materials for creating a notebook. Here, they document what seems significant to them in a learning environment. The notebook serves to help retain what has been learned better. It can also function as a learning journal, a collection of learning reports, or a basis for a portfolio.
