Product details
20 sound stories in Pamini quality featuring Captain Bristlehead, astronaut Alma, and the dragon Maratati are just waiting for children to bring them to life with imaginative sounds. The 20 endearing short stories are organized according to the seasons and thematically aligned with the school year, also considering the curriculum. The assignment of basic levels 1 and 2, as well as the division into five instrument categories, enables a targeted and quick selection of the appropriate story. Important keywords, events, moods, and feelings are set to music using voice, body percussion, Orff, effect, and everyday instruments.
A major advantage of sound stories is that they encourage children to interact with music without requiring any musical skills. Pamini's sound stories are therefore also suitable for non-specialist teachers and for children who have not yet had any contact with instruments. They particularly enjoy experimenting with these everyday instruments and their voices. There are no limits to their imagination and creativity. At the same time, the children engage with the text content in a multi-sensory way (hearing, seeing, feeling), which increases their ability to experience and understand it. The effect is reinforced by the lively and detailed language of the stories. The children's vocabulary is expanded in a playful way, and their skills in German lessons are improved. The stories are also suitable for reading aloud or telling.
At the beginning of each chapter, additional notes and tips are provided for each sound story, which can also be used to encourage interdisciplinary work. The foreword offers an overview of the instruments used and how they are played. Helpful ideas for concrete implementation in the classroom complete this collection. The concept of the book was compiled and expanded based on the successful recipe for sound stories from the primary school magazine PaMina.
