Product details
Mandelbaum's Little Gourmandises: No. 2 - Chestnuts or Sweet Chestnuts. This small, exquisite cookbook centers around a gourmandise, exploring its origins and significance in cultural history, unknown recipes and classics, product knowledge, as well as cooking techniques. It offers numerous culinary combinations and information on storage—thus combining cultural history and a cookbook in one. The Little Gourmandises aim to uncover hidden treasures that have somewhat faded into obscurity. We are launching the series with volumes on Quince, Chestnuts (Sweet Chestnuts), and Beetroot. Three additional volumes will be released every six months.
