Das Internet der Dinge für Bildung nutzbar machen

This open-access publication discusses, based on an interdisciplinary discourse from educational sciences, computer science, and architecture, the question of whether and how the Internet of Things can be applied to teaching and learning processes in the form of intelligent and hybrid learning spaces to support lifelong learning in the workplace. The results indicate that it is possible to transfer the Internet of Things to teaching and learning processes. The novel learning environments that emerge from this are referred to as Smart Learning Environments in the international scientific context.
