Maintenance in residential buildings

The book "Maintenance in Residential Buildings" provides a thorough examination of the significance of maintenance activities in residential buildings. It is based on the bachelor's thesis by Lara Borba Egídio and Nicole Borges Nascimento, created as part of their civil engineering studies at the Institute for Higher Education in Brasília. Under the guidance of Professor Matheus Leoni Martins Nascimento, a comprehensive literature review on the key topics of maintenance was presented. Additionally, a case study approach is employed to illustrate the practical implications of the research.
