Maigret und die kopflose Leiche

Two fishermen pull an arm out of the Canal Saint-Martin. Shortly thereafter, more body parts surface. It is clear that the deceased is a man. However, his identity remains uncertain, as the head is still missing. By chance, Maigret finds himself in a bar during his first visit to the crime scene, where the surly landlady tells him that her husband has been missing for several days. He had planned to go to the countryside to buy wine. Is he the victim? As always, Maigret relies on his instincts.
