BGB Kommentar

The commentary on the German Civil Code (BGB) by Prütting/Wegen/Weinreich stands out in its 19th edition for its high level of current relevance and clear structure. Since its first publication, the work has been carefully revised and updated based on legislation, case law, and significant literature, ensuring an annual release.
