There are days when you want to laugh out loud and rejoice with happiness, on other days you feel like screaming and throwing a tantrum, and then there are times when you need comfort and closeness. It’s not easy to deal with all these conflicting emotions. Not all emotions can be shown, as that might hurt other people.

Recognizing one’s own feelings and handling them responsibly is an important learning process for children and a way to test boundaries. This book invites conversation about emotions. It aims to give children the opportunity to engage with their emotional world, to recognize themselves, and to reflect on their own reactions. It also seeks to encourage them to embrace all their feelings.
