Lino has just come out of the hospital. At just ten years old, he is faced with a disease that raises big questions for him: What will happen to my life? How much longer do I have? Soon he will have to go back to the hospital. There it will be revealed whether he belongs to the half of children who survive the illness, or... He is scared. Day and night, a big question chases him, one for which he has no answer. He approaches the adults in his life with it. Even the pastor! But he seems to only disturb or overwhelm them; he isn’t quite sure. Do grown-ups not have big questions? One school-free afternoon, he meets a beggar in town.
