In a complex, uncertain, and ambiguous world, media represent both risks and opportunities. This book contributes to harnessing the potential of media to strengthen the self-awareness and self-efficacy of children, adolescents, and adults. Creative media projects involving photography and video invite individuals to further develop their life skills, such as empathy, stress management, emotional handling, creative thinking, and relationship skills.
