Python is particularly easy to learn for programming beginners. Daniel Braun will show you how to program extensions for Minecraft using Python and Bukkit or Spigot, known as plugins, which you can then try out with your friends on your own Minecraft server. No prior knowledge is required; you will learn everything from the ground up.

After programming simple chat commands, you will create cool building plugins, so that with a single command, a finished house or a sphere appears right in front of you. You will also learn how your plugins can automatically respond to events in the game world.

You can also design your own crafting recipes to create powerful new weapons, like the fire sword that ignites everything it touches.
