"The Determinants of Career Paths" is a guide that addresses the experiences of young people in the context of measures for professional integration. Through interviews with two young adults, it examines how their career aspirations develop and the role these aspirations play in their professional orientation. The life report method allows for the voices of the respondents to be heard and captures their perspectives on their career paths. The analysis of the interviews leads to hypotheses based on the personal experiences of the interviewees and provides insight into the factors they believe have influenced their career journey. Additionally, it encourages reflection on potential action approaches that professionals in career integration could use to enhance support for young people.
