Lernschwächen früh erkennen im Vorschul- und Grundschulalter

A considerable number of children develop particular difficulties in reading, spelling and/or arithmetic after starting school - often despite good intelligence. Is it possible to recognise these children with learning problems at an early stage? And how can these 'at-risk children' be recognised? Learning disorders have far-reaching emotional and social consequences. Recognising learning and developmental problems at an early stage is therefore of fundamental importance if the negative effects of poor performance on children's personal development are to be prevented or mitigated. This book shows concrete possibilities for early recognition and aims to help teachers, carers and parents in particular to better understand their children's learning disorders.
