The textbook "Learning Fields in Home Economics" is aimed at learners in their 2nd and 3rd years of training and conveys the relevant content according to the new federal framework curriculum 2020. The structured chapter arrangement covers learning fields 6 to 14 and promotes a competency-oriented approach.
