The book offers psychologists and doctors, as well as child and adolescent psychotherapists, a structured guide for creating behavior therapy reports for the evaluator according to the currently valid psychotherapy guidelines. It also considers the application for group therapy, the specifics of drafting reports for conversion and continuation requests, as well as the procedure in case of rejection or reduction of the application by the evaluator or health insurance. The guide links fundamental background information with formulation and structuring suggestions and illustrates concrete implementation through example reports. For each section of the PTV 3 guidelines for report creation for the evaluator, an introduction to the content to be presented is provided, along with suggestions for the specific design of the required information. Relevant points also address the specifics of report writing for children and adolescents, as well as the application for group therapy. Throughout the individual chapters on report writing, case examples of patients with different disorders are included, allowing readers to follow the structure of a report step by step. Additionally, the appendix of the book contains sample treatment plans for ten adult disorders and nine typical disorders of childhood and adolescence, which are intended to serve as a guide for treatment planning.
