In a proven manner, the structured performance profile describes standard services that typically arise during the corresponding processing, as well as optional services that may be added on a case-by-case basis. The standard services have been transferred from the previous basic services and now take into account current changes, particularly those resulting from the influences of digitalization on planning processes. Optional services derived from the previous special services have been defined more clearly to facilitate the respective fee proposal in individual cases. The established procedure for fee determination is continued and adjusted to current conditions. The significant effort involved in construction within existing buildings is acknowledged with a higher coefficient. Overall, this planning area has an up-to-date working aid, whose practical relevance is emphasized by explanatory example calculations.
