Easy Language is characterized by short, active sentences and spelling rules that clarify meaning. It is very well suited for communicating with students and parents who have a limited grasp of standard specialized and educational language. It also better accommodates the needs of students with learning and intellectual development support requirements.
The first part of this book focuses on the fundamentals of Easy Language. It explains rules for text production and offers training lessons for teachers on creating texts in Easy Language.
The second part provides template letters for parents in Easy Language. In part three, you will find various text forms that can be used as reading materials for differentiation in the classroom. Part four offers a student-friendly introduction to Easy Language, along with two training lessons where students must translate texts into Easy Language.
In the digital supplementary material, which will be made available to you for free in your customer account immediately after ordering, you will find the reading texts as editable Word files, as well as supporting visual materials.
