Legal Tech und das Anwaltsmonopol

Legal tech is on everyone's lips. The possibility of using legal tech raises the question of whether legal services should continue to be provided primarily by lawyers. This question has so far been considered solely with regard to the regulations in German law. Bernhard Brechmann, on the other hand, examines the permissibility of the use of legal tech in a European and international context. This is because, in contrast to Germany, a number of EU member states do not have a corresponding lawyer monopoly for the provision of legal services. The question is therefore whether these foreign regulations can be applied in Germany.
