In organisations, people work together who are at different biographical points in their lives. Looking at the individual life cycle with its five sub-life cycles makes it possible to develop and support people in organisations comprehensively and holistically. A culture of appreciation and trust is essential, as is dialogue-based communication, which makes it possible to find solutions together and promote the self-responsibility of organisational members.
