What is the Feast of the Trinity? Why is the Sunday before Easter called Palm Sunday? Where does the Advent wreath come from? In these materials for learning stations around the church year you will find a wealth of ideas for action-oriented religious education. Using the worksheets, the children learn about many Protestant and Catholic festivals such as Easter, Ascension Day, Reformation Day, and the Candlemas. The pupils answer questions on a factual text, solve various puzzles or paint on some customs. All materials can be collected in a folder, for which there is a cover sheet as a copy template. Another plus: For each of the learning stations, the volume provides all the associated materials including station pass, routing slip and certificate.
