Daniel F. Pinnow was Managing Director of the Akademie für Führungskräfte der Wirtschaft GmbH from 1997 to 2012. Today he teaches personnel management at the TU Munich and is professor at the Capital University in Beijing. The pioneer of systemic leadership is one of the most influential leadership and management experts in the German-speaking world and is the author of numerous publications.
