The career portfolio supports middle school students in successfully completing their educational path and making informed choices about their careers and studies. In six chapters, students engage with the decision-making process according to the S&B Concept®: the significance and meaning of work are addressed, as well as performance motivation, energy management, and weekly planning. The students explore their potentials, create a strengths profile, and thereby enhance their self-confidence and motivation. The vision journey into the professional world (Chapter 4) opens up perspectives and supports the development of a strategy to achieve their study and career plans.
