It helps people not only to cope with their challenges but also to recover from them and overcome chronic stress. Ultimately, it aids in leading a fulfilling and meaningful life. Research has shown that religion is a key protective factor in the concept of resilience. From this, the approach of Biblioresilience has been developed. This concept combines two elements – scientifically grounded resilience and Christian faith – into a practical guide. It aims to support individuals in strengthening their resilience through biblical wisdom, rituals, and faith practices, while also developing deep emotional and spiritual stability. This book is intended as a practical handbook that offers concrete exercises, reflections, and spiritual methods in six chapters to promote resilience in alignment with faith.
