Everyone knows that children and young people do not get enough exercise these days - even at school. On the other hand, it is precisely movement that promotes the brain's ability to perform! This programme offers you a remedy with 18 ready-to-use exercises that have been specially developed to break up the sitting time in class in a meaningful way. Each exercise is easy to do and takes only 6 to 10 minutes to complete - so you too can fit them into your daily teaching routine! You will find that the simple movement elements increase the concentration and teamwork of your class. The exercise materials can be crumple balls or other objects from the classroom. The individual movement programmes are divided into three different levels of challenge. As the level increases, cognitive substitutions are used by replacing instructions with teaching elements. In this way, you combine movement with repetition and consolidation of lesson content! For better demonstration, the movement programmes are also available digitally as PowerPoint presentations with short instructional videos.
