Language development through storytelling

In fantastic or realistic, and mostly humorous stories, various "stumbling blocks" of the German language are addressed: the use of prepositions, the correct formation of verb forms and sentence constructions, or appropriate terms for objects. For each story, you will find materials that encourage both oral and written language use, such as practicing language structure rules and correct language usage. Additional worksheets also facilitate active engagement with other areas of German instruction. The book is particularly suitable for teachers of grades 2 to 4 who teach German as a second language or work with migrant children and want to support children with language difficulties.
