Philosophie und Religon

The border area between philosophy, the science of thought and being, and religion, the belief in an all-powerful Creator God, is a minefield. With the triumphant rise of naturalism, religious efforts aimed at demonstrating the existence of God as a real possibility that cannot be dismissed by naturalism. Anton Friedrich Koch takes a completely different approach by refuting naturalism itself through what Aristotle called First Philosophy, or Metaphysics, while simultaneously showing that this does not benefit belief in God. The second part of his book deals with mourning the lost religion and the possibility of rediscovery.
