Kräuterhexen Siefersheimer

After their successful first wild herb books, both of which are now out of print, the Siefersheim herb witches have selected their favorite herbs for their new book and present them along with their favorite recipes. They have chosen 20 widely used wild herbs, whose versatility is demonstrated with over 100 recipes. The Siefersheim herb witches have drawn inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine for their cooking recipes or have reinterpreted classic recipes with wild herbs, and in addition, they offer a wealth of health and wellness recipes featuring fresh dried wild herbs.
