Kooperative Prozessgestaltung in der Sozialen Arbeit

Cooperative process design is a concept for professional action in social work. It is a method-integrative, cooperative approach designed for cross-field application.

In the first part of the textbook, the theoretical foundations of the profession are presented, including structural characteristics of action, professional ethics, and cooperation with all parties involved in the assistance process. Against this background, the second part develops the process model of Cooperative Process Design. It distinguishes between situation assessment, analysis, diagnosis, goal setting, intervention planning, intervention implementation, and evaluation. The significance of each process step is elaborated upon, and selected methods are described. A critical discussion explores how these methods can be used for collaborative work with clients and for cooperation among professionals.
